The whole tuning process was excellent! I have read the forums and know enough to be confused with it all, but the Stratified tune took all the worry out. My car was registering a lot of knock prior to the tune. All of the "knock" issues were worked out, and the car feels stronger from bottom to top. Alex is the man!
