Alex was a joy to work with and actually delivered a custom tune in a world where other people are calling their off the shelf tune a "custom" tune. Alex's response time and information was very precise as far as getting the information he needed to ensure the delivery of a solid product and service.
From the time I received the initial map from Alex (post turbo upgrade) to the time he "signed" off on the finished tune I gained 40 BHP and 38 ft-lb of torque...over his initial map based on my equipment mods!
