Description

This is a fuel controller to control additional port injectors on modern direct injection vehicles. The controller itself has A LOT of capabilities. You can build onto the base capabilities to add additional injectors (up to 8) inputs (sensors) and outputs (fuel pumps, fans) that you can control and datalog in ADDITION to what your OEM ECU does.

You can also use this for aux fuel control on ANY vehicle - you just need to buy the base controller and build your own harness if we don't provide a plug and play harness for your specific application.

The platform specific kit includes a vehicle specific harness. The kit does not contain injectors or any additional hardware.

Note that this is not the complete fuel kit. This product only applies to those who have a kit already and only need their fuel controller replaced.

Controller Specifications. Note that these are the capabilities of the controller. For a vehicle specific applications the harness we provide will not have all the options wired in. You CAN add additional functionality (such as running up to 8 injectors or reading FlexFuel or reading and logging fuel pressure) by adding wires to the harness or building your own harness. We can also add these in for you as a special request - Contact Us if you have a specific application in mind.

Outputs:

4 injector channels (can run up to 8 low impedence injectors)
7 Low side (Grounding) Outputs. These can be used for things like
Boost Control
Other Solenoid Controls (WMI, Nitrous)
Additional Fuel Pump Control
Additional Fan Control
5v Sensor Supply for Additional Sensors (see inputs)

Built-In 4bar MAP sensor
Hall Effect Crank/Cam for Engine Speed
Throttle position sensor (TPS) - Can be used if tapping into vehicle MAP sensor
Ethanol Sensor (FlexFuel)
Coolant temperature sensor (CLT)
Air temperature sensor (IAT)
Fuel Pressure
Oil Pressure
Additional O2 sensor (narrowband or wideband)

Tuning Software:

TunerStudio. We provide all the settings for you to use this software to flash the controller and datalog.
