This in-tank pump controller is designed and tested to handle high output pumps such as our 340LPH and 525LPH without shutting down from overheating. We have tested the unit without any additional ground wires running up to 20 Amps of current for 20 minutes continuous without experiencing overheating. 

The controller is a direct OEM replacement for the MK6 GTI and other VW/Audi vehicles using the same controller. This controller is essential if you want to run an upgraded pump without a tune or have overheating issues with your OEM controller.

This would also pair well with our Aux Fuel System for which we strongly recommend getting a ProTune to dial in the additional fuel.
