Flex Fuel allows you to fill your tank with anything from pump gas to E85 and have the ECU and tune adjust the power and fueling levels based on the readings it continuously gets from the ethanol sensor.

The GR Corolla and Yaris do not have native Flex Fuel support, but we are able to add this very useful feature through custom tuning on the OEM ECU via the EcuTek software or via a standalone ECU. 

We have developed the first true plug and play kit allows you to tune and run true Flex Fuel on your GRC and GRY cars by reading the ethanol content of the fuel and the feeding it directly into the CANBus of the vehicle. The kit is a direct plug and play unit meaning there is no splicing or cutting into any of the OEM wiring or fuel lines. It comes with everything you need to install and run Flex Fuel on your GR Corolla and GR Yaris including OEM level wiring, custom fittings and brackets designed specifically for the G16E-GTS! 

Now you can properly tune for ethanol fuel without having to worry about switching maps - once the tune is setup, the ECU and software take care of managing the ethanol content and your car will automatically add power when there is ethanol in the tank and adjust appropriately when running pump gas.
