After countless reviews read trying to find something not already hit on, I came to find out there was none. Alex is just simply amazing. Having a couple issues arise during the tuning process he was more than willing to work with me as I worked out the kinks on my end. He showed that he truly cares and you are not just some P.O. number. As for the tune, I could not be happier.The powers linear delivery makes for great driveabily. Knowing you have the ability to leisurely drive around the city or open it up and tear down the streets is a far improvement over a tune from another highly rated tuner. I highly recommend Alex to anyone considering going with a tune. I point not just to reviews of here but to forums where Alex has helped numerous people without asking for anything ins return. I look forward to my future e85 tuning and knowing I put my cars future in the most capable of hands.

After getting all my Stage 3 hardware installed it was time to get a custom tune. I already knew I wanted a Stratified Tune and Alex is located a few hours away from where I live in Washington. The in-person tuning process started off with a base map and Alex made note of all changes made through each iteration of the tune. Each time we went through a new iteration Alex explained exactly what he was modifying. He was always happy to answer questions and stayed well past the end of his work day to make sure we were both happy with the tune. Corners were never cut and it's clear Alex takes pride in his work.

After about six iterations the tune was finalized. I asked Alex to tune for smooth linear power delivery and minimal wheel spin even from a hard launch. The front tires spin very briefly, hook up, and the ST takes off like a beast! I can't recommend Alex enough. He's a great guy to work with and the experience was excellent overall. Two thumbs up!

I've just finished having my car tuned by Alex and it's been a great experience! The car really feels much improved over stock. I've had other tunes but Alex's tune delivers more usable power with less tire spin; this equals faster acceleration. Even with the extra power the car does not sacrifice any drivability.

When Alex was swamped with extra work he always extended the tuning time if he took longer than normal to respond. I also received updates late at night and during non-business hours even though Alex was not required to do so. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and I'd highly recommend a Stratified tune to anyone who is wanting to unleash their car's potential.

When it came time to find a tuner to tune my ST with a GTX2867R, I reached out to Alex. I absolutely made the right choice! He went above and beyond working with me on the tune. From dealing with hardware issues early on to getting the Tial to work just right with the stock solenoid, Alex was very patient with me. From the basemap to the final iteration, the car has ran flawlessly!

I don't have actual dyno numbers just yet, but according to vdyno the car is making around 340whp/335wtq in 3rd gear in 80 degree temps. I am sure 4th gear will show higher numbers. This is all on a very basic setup also, still running through the stock catback!

If you are on the fence about getting tuned by Stratified, just go for it! You won't regret it!

hi, I have just completed my tuning session with Alex, and I would strongly recommend startifeds' services to anyone looking for a new tune for their focus st. before I get started, I would just like to say that Alex is one hell of a guy with some great tuning abilities, and a great product. what I liked about stratified is that they set up a certain number of tuning sessions for customers, so that they can control how many people they are working with and pay attention to how the vehicle is acting. during my session, I had some questions, and I received professional answers, also if there is something specific you are looking for in a new map, just ask and you shall receive. other than me just wanting to have a great running car, I was able to get much more than that with this tune, thanks again for your product and sevices, if I had to do it again I would, great company and better customer services, keep up the awesome job.
