It was a fun process to work individually with a tuner (Alex in my case) and be able to learn along the way, whilst having any and all questions explained in a concise, yet easy to understand manner. Working with Alex to tune my 2018 GTI was a fun process and I would highly recommend Stratified for all of your tuning needs! My car feels stock when I need it to be and like a rocket when I want it to be. Alex was happy to answer all my questions and address concerns along the way, great customer service.

This tune has been phenomenal honestly right out the gate u get the performance you want and more. Definitely proud to say I’m Stratified tune!

The tune is fantastic, power delivery is incredible, was everything I wanted and then some.

Response to emails when sending logs is perhaps bit slower than I'd like (typically 1-2 weeks), but not too bad. Alex addressed everything I needed, and when I added a crackle tune on he delivered a map where the crackles only happened in sport mode, which is awesome, and something I didn't think would be possible.

Overall highly recommend over APR, the ability to flash and revise maps yourself, and the added function of having the COBB accessport is a huge plus to me.
